Shops and restaurants
With the opening of the new terminal a number of shops, cafes and restaurants have also expanded. The airport has a good offering of places to get something to eat or drink.
Baggage handling has also been improved in comparison with the old terminal. The baggage conveyor belts are longer so more suitcases can be handled.
There are information kiosks in the terminal (tel: +599(0)9 8393111). For special questions you can ask the Manager Customer Services Department (tel: +599(0)9 839 3230).
You can find the Plesman Lounge (open from 06:00 – 22:00, access for non-holders of the Priority Pass is € 20.00) in the Arrivals Hall.
The new terminal has excellent accessibility. There are wheelchair ramps and adapted restrooms. In contrast to how it used to be, there are now mobile air bridges between the gates and the airplanes.
The banks and the post office at the airport are open from 07:00 – 21:30 (Mon-Fri) and from 07:00 – 09.30 (Sat). Furthermore, there are money exchange offices and cash machines. First Aid is available 24 hours a day via the general information kiosk.
